1. Our Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with InfluTap for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to info@effectum.kz with the subject line 'Refund Request' and your account email address. We will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges. To request a refund for the current billing period, contact us at info@effectum.kz within 14 days of the charge.
