1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions are issued by Effectum Solutions ('we', 'us', 'our'), operating the InfluTap service at influtap.app. InfluTap is operated by Effectum Solutions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using InfluTap (influtap.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
3. Description of Service
InfluTap is a web-based Instagram influencer analytics tool that allows users to analyze Instagram profiles, view engagement metrics, compare influencers, and generate analytics reports. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use InfluTap. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InfluTap to: violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of any third party, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose, resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
6. Subscription and Payments
InfluTap offers monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. All prices are in USD.
7. Supplier and Merchant of Record
InfluTap is operated by Effectum Solutions. Paddle.com Market Ltd (for non-US customers) or Paddle.com Inc (for US customers) acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription, your payment contract is with Paddle, while your license to use InfluTap is granted by Effectum Solutions under these Terms. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Consumer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms.
8. Digital Content and Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by using InfluTap's search features after purchase, you consent to immediate performance of the service. Your right to cancel may be affected once you have started using the service. To cancel within the 14-day period, contact info@effectum.kz.
9. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at info@effectum.kz within 14 days of your purchase date.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of InfluTap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We store your data securely using Supabase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of InfluTap are owned by InfluTap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
InfluTap is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
